She’s known for her ability to find a silver lining in any situation, paired with a “no fuss, all action” mindset, something that aligns perfectly with the FOUND way.
A natural organiser and strategic thinker, Kelly thrives on getting in, getting it done, and doing it well. Whether it’s coordinating campaigns or refining internal processes, she brings clarity, calm, and consistency to the team.
Outside of work, Kelly is a mum of three, a lover of a strong double-shot cappuccino, and someone who appreciates everything from laid-back Olivia Dean vibes to a bit of nostalgic emo. You’ll likely find her unwinding with a glass of wine, good food, or reminiscing about seeing her favourite bands live.
